Abstract: Our speaker shares his secrets after conducting the “International Library Automation Perceptions” survey for more than 10 years. The survey gauges library satisfaction with their current automation systems and tracks trends such as interest in open source products and moving to competitive products. Libraries often look to this survey as staff evaluate automation products. Vendors likewise use survey results as one way to gauge their customer service performance and to make any needed adjustments.
