Continuing its drive towards further innovation in library technology and software services, EBSCO has announced a customer Beta program for its apps. The Beta program allows prospects and customers to test drive premium apps that are in development at EBSCO.
"With this program, we are able to provide customers deeper insight into our development pipeline and, importantly, provide customers the ability to try these apps before committing to a purchase," says Ron Burns, VP Global Software Services at EBSCO. "Customers will be able to give us important feedback about these apps and suggest enhancements as well. In this manner, customers can be engaged with the development process and contribute ideas that will make the software better before it is released."
