Austin, Texas – December 16, 2015 – Biblionix, the award winning and leading provider of automation solely for public libraries, today announced the automatic addition of Accelerated Reader (AR) points, reading level, and quiz information to catalog searches of its Apollo ILS/LSP (Integrated Library System/Library Services Platform). Customers no longer need to add this information manually.
"My staff thinks it is Christmas already," said Cindy Davis, Director of the Spirit Lake Public Library in Iowa. "It will save us lots of time and the parents love it."
There is no charge for this service.
This feature was enabled for all Apollo customers with a single change on November 30. The simplicity of this addition is due to Apollo's Library Services Platform/multi-tenant architecture. No customer action was required. Patrons can enjoy the AR information instantly.
