Friday, November 6, 2015 -- ST. PAUL, Minn. 3M today announced that it has completed the sale of assets for the majority of its remaining global Library Systems business outside of North America to a fund advised by One Equity Partners Capital Advisors L.P. (OEP). 3M announced earlier that it had completed the sale of assets of its North American Library Systems business to OEP.
The business delivers circulation management solutions to library customers with on-premise hardware and software, maintenance and service, and an emerging cloud-based digital lending platform.
