Austin, Texas – January 22, 2014 – Biblionix, a leading provider of automation solely for public libraries, today announced that its Apollo integrated library system (ILS) has received a Platinum award from the to LibraryWorks, Inc. in its inaugural Modern Library Awards. LibraryWorks created these awards to recognize the top products in the library industry in a truly unbiased format. Candidate products were sent to the LibraryWorks database of more than 80,000 librarians.
Of honorable mentions, silver, gold, and platinum award levels, Apollo received the top award: platinum. Only customers with experience with ILSs were permitted to judge the products, resulting in a truly unbiased score.
