Navesink, NJ, December 29, 2014. Comprise Technologies is pleased to announce and welcome Jan Sheppard as the Company's Regional Account Manager working remotely from Wilmington, North Carolina. Sheppard will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships and expanding sales initiatives for Comprise financial management software in the Southeast territories of the United States.

Sheppard comes to us from The Library Corporation where she worked as an Automation Consultant. At TLC, she worked to sell Integrated Library Solutions to libraries. Her background working in libraries and then with Library Management Software has helped Sheppard to make an easy transition into her current position with Comprise.

Sheppard brings more than two decades of library experience to the team. A library industry veteran, Sheppard has also held positions with EnvisionWare, Auto-Graphics, SirsiDynix and OCLC. Through her career, Sheppard has worked with libraries to provide long term software solutions to meet the needs of the modern library. She earned her Master's Degree from the University of South Carolina's College of Library and Information Science. Sheppard lives on the coast. When she is at home, most of her leisure activities are centered at the beach. She is also an ardent swing dancer.
