D-Tech International is pleased to announce it is acquiring a multimillion-pound investment through its accounting firm BDO. D-Tech is one of the world's largest RFID library solution providers. Marvin Crisp, the CEO, said: "D-Tech is very pleased to be working with BDO in acquiring this investment. They recognized the momentum we have in the library market with our expanded product line and service capabilities." The company is expanding its development of software applications and manufacturing capacity.
Recent new products are the holdIT which is an automated self-service station for picking up library materials placed on hold, and the findIT which has the fastest RFID reading speed available today. Both of these products along with D-Tech's family of RFID and Vending systems can be seen later this month at the American Library Association convention in Las Vegas.
The company expanded from Europe to North America in 2012 where the American company is experiencing rapid growth and acceptance. Mr. Crisp went on to explain: "with this new investment D-Tech is poised for major growth and superior customer support in Europe and North America."
