Duluth, GA -- April 7, 2014. The BHM Regional Library System has gone live on Evergreen as part of the NC Cardinal consortium. Equinox Software oversaw data migration and staff training and will continue to provide hosting and technical support for the entire NC Cardinal consortium.
The BHM Regional Library System consists of eight libraries in Beaufort, Hyde, and Martin counties. Over 87,000 bibliographic records and 14,000 patrons were migrated to the new system.
Jenny LaJeunesse, Equinox Project Manager, says "The BHM Regional Headquarters staff, Branch Managers, and School Librarians are a group who embraces technology and change. As part of NC Cardinal, they are getting ready to begin resource sharing soon and are positive about moving forward with Evergreen."
