RefStaffing provides the academic, public and special libraries that use Altarama's RefChatter and RefTracker software platforms with new options for enhancing their online services.
RefStaffing is provided by reference librarians with expertise in virtual reference delivery and with the Altarama platforms, allowing for coverage after hours, overnight, holidays, and 24/7. Backup coverage for planned and unplanned periods of high traffic or library staff unavailability is also available. RefStaffing librarians have one-click access to the contracting library's profile, policies and resources, assuring that their patrons receive reference help quickly and seamlessly.
