Press Release: OCLC [December 20, 2004]

BETHESDA, Maryland, USA (December 20, 2004) -- CSA has acquired the Public Affairs Information Service (PAIS), publishers of the PAIS International and PAIS Archive databases , from OCLC Online Computer Library Center, Inc. CSA will continue to publish the products in print and make the databases available through CSA Illumina.

"We are tremendously honored to be continuing the publishing mission of PAIS," said Matt Dunie, president of CSA. "As publishers of CSA Worldwide Political Science Abstracts and CSA Sociological Abstracts, the PAIS titles are a perfect fit for our publishing organization. Combined with the new capabilities of the CSA Illumina search platform, we believe PAIS subscribers will benefit greatly from this arrangement.
