Cumberland County Re-Invests in SmartPay

Press Release: Comprise Technologies [July 22, 2012]

Carlisle, PA – After waiting two years for a vendor to deliver, the Cumberland County Library System in Pennsylvania has decided to move ahead with Comprise' SmartPay online payment solution. SmartPay offers Cumberland the ease of implementation and PCI compliance they were desperately seeking.

Cumberland's goal was to purchase an online payment solution to allow patrons to make fine/fee payments over the Internet.

SmartPay offers fully automated self service fine payments with audit-quality reporting and full PCI compliance. It links with their Horizon ILS and other popular ILS systems. SmartPay is one of the Revenue Management Solutions from Comprise that offer libraries the benefit of a unified payment system.

As a long time SAM customer, Cumberland knew the quality and dedicated support they would get from Comprise. "We love SAM and we love the attention we get from Comprise' Technical Support team. Comprise Tech Support is second to none in our book." said Dave Willinger, Automated Systems Tech. at Cumberland.
