North Bethesda, MD, June 15, 2012. LibLime, a division of PTFS, announces that Beckfield College has chosen LibLime to provide them with support and hosting services for their catalog. The College had been using a very old version of Koha and has selected LibLime to migrate them to LibLime Koha 4.12.
Beckfield College looks forward to taking advantage of all the functionality in LibLime Koha 4.12 including the performance improvements gained through the use of the Plack environment; re-write of the logic controlling check out process to improve check out time; the ability to create search groups in the OPAC for more focused access into their collections; and the expanded holds queue processing that supports better resource sharing between the different campus libraries.
