With integration of i-tiva to VERSO, libraries now have the option to offer end users access to account information and alerts via outbound phone calls and text messaging services. This efficient automatic self-service solution simultaneously extends the hours of the library while significantly freeing up library staff time.

All outgoing transactions are logged within VERSO providing library staff with a complete historical account of all library communications sent to end users. In addition, VERSO will support notifications in the event that a phone call fails, users will receive a paper notice or email reminder the following day.
