City of Bloomington implements KPME Module

Press Release: Kuali Foundation [May 29, 2012]

The KPME team is happy to announce that the City of Bloomington in Bloomington, Indiana is in the process of implementing the KPME Time and Attendance module. City of Bloomington staff have assisted the KPME team with testing of the application and are now in the process of their implementation. Currently Time and Attendance is in production for IT Department staff. In the coming months, it will be rolled out to as many as 1100 city employees. This will mark the first production use of KPME by a municipal organization demonstrating the potential benefits of KPME software beyond higher education. The City is committed to producing and using open source and community source software and Kuali is a natural partner. Bloomington is also in the process of deploying Kuali Mobility tools as well.
