Bibliotheca ITG Expands North American Sales Team

Bibliotheca ITG, the premier developer and supplier of library materials flow automation and self-service technologies in North America, announces that on January 2, 2012, Dan Denault and Terry Morris have joined the North American sales team as new Account Managers.

"In 2012, we will experience a year of significant international growth and increasing sales activities especially in Canada and the US. We are proud to have engaged two top performers to provide customer specific library solutions on an advanced customised level", said CEO Shai Robkin.

Terry Morris will represent Bibliotheca ITG in the East Central region of the US. Previously he was employed as the South Central US Account Manager for Polaris Library Systems. With 14 years of library technology experience, his engaging operation principles and practical technology know-how served him to maintain numerous positive reference customers. Terry holds a Master of Library Science from the University of New York at Buffalo.

"To be part of Bibliotheca ITG's team means to offer customers a sound level of project partnership, IT-know-how and customer service", said Terry. Dan Denault will be based in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. He brings 12 years of experience in the library automation industry to Bibliotheca ITG. Both in Canada and in the US, Dan has served in a variety of technology sales roles, the experience from which will enable him to not only maintain existing, but also establish future customer relationships. His professional background consists of Integrated Library Systems, RFID and Automated Materials Handling Systems. Prior to joining Bibliotheca ITG, Dan worked for six years at a premium Canadian provider of sophisticated systems to automate Interlibrary Loan operations and Document Delivery. From 1981 to 1993 Dan gained extensive library work experience as paraprofessional and librarian. He holds a Master of Library and Information Science from Canada's University of Western Ontario, London.
