Charlie Griswold and Michael McFarland Join Credo Reference

Boston and Oxford – Credo Reference (www.credoreference.com), recently named "Best Overall" Reference Database 2012 by Library Journal, is pleased to announce the hiring of Charles Griswold and Michael McFarland. The twin technical hires bring a new dimension of digital depth to the existing product team at Credo Reference.

In his role as VP of Product Development and Innovation, Charles Griswold will lead the team responsible for building and delivering the innovative solutions that keep Credo and its expanding product line at the forefront of web-based research services.

Charles brings over two decades of technical leadership experience to Credo Reference. He previously led teams at Accenture, Digitas and Answerthink and was the founder and CEO of LogixPartners, a software and consulting company for the insurance industry that was centered around web-based technology.

Michael McFarland comes to Credo Reference with an extensive background in project management, technology strategy planning and product development having previously been a founding member of Life123.com, an Ask.com company that was part of the IAC/InterActive network of sites that included Match.com, Evite and Citysearch.

He joins Credo as Senior Technical Manager, and will be responsible for cloud service management, overall performance management, operational integrity, and customer consultative services.
