POMONA, CA. - July 30, 2010 - Agent Information Software, Inc. (AIS), today reported a net loss of ($361,491) for the quarter ended June 30, 2010, and a year to date loss of ($483,014). Year to date loses are higher $356,181 compared to the prior year. These numbers reflect slower than planned launch of AgentLegal product line in the marketplace.
The company continues its planned investment in new software in 2010 with subsidiaries Auto-Graphics developing software for the library market, and AgentLegal developing software for the legal market. Auto-Graphics continues to expand its footprint into the library market, with several contract awards for the AGent VERSO integrated library system. These contract awards consist primarily of public libraries and include the Mississippi Library Commission, two contract expansions in Kansas consisting of 15 public libraries, and Blackhawk Technical College, an academic college located in Wisconsin. Agent Information Software continues to develop the AgentLegal software offering and refine the product based on feedback from law firms taking part in the pilot program.
