Bibliotheca further expands customer service capabilities

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – February 03, 2011 – Bibliotheca Inc., open RFID solutions partner of choice to over 1,000 library locations worldwide, announced that Will Grapperhaus has joined the company's operations team as an RFID technician. Grapperhaus brings 11 years of experience in the library technology industry to Bibliotheca, where he will now assist the company's customer service staff in configuring, delivering and supporting the full suite of RFID solutions for libraries.

Grapperhaus has served in a variety of technical roles, the experience from which will enable him to provide outstanding service and support to Bibliotheca customers. Prior to joining Bibliotheca,

Grapperhaus worked for five years at a leading integrated library systems vendor, where he supported the company's customers as supervisor of application support and systems analyst. Beginning in 1999, Grapperhaus served as a technical analyst at Unique Management Services, Jeffersonville, Ind., where he worked with clients to implement and support a range of technical products and services.

From this background, Grapperhaus offers extensive expertise in tier I and tier II technical customer support, issue resolution, testing, documentation, support liaison to product development, training and project implementation for new customers.
