Altarama Systems Pty Ltd and InfoVision Technology Pty Ltd have concluded an agreement for InfoVision to provide continuing support for the library software products supplied by Altarama to their customers.
It also provides for a wider range of products to be offered to Altarama's customers through InfoVision's CiVision and AUSinfo products, and for Altarama's ZGateway, Kinetica upload and Reference tracking products to be offered to a wider range of customers.
The agreement also includes offering all Altarama customers a migration path to InfoVision's Windows compliant Amlib system, a state of the art, but proven and robust library management system installed in over 200 libraries within Australia and a further 50 libraries in overseas countriesusing the latest Windows based client server technology. Amlib is totally "made in Australia". All programs are designed, developed and maintained in Australia, including any software enhancements.
