POMONA, CA. – June 14, 2010 – Auto-Graphics, Inc., a technology innovator providing library automation solutions for 40 years, today announced that Jan Sheppard, has been appointed the Eastern Regional Library Sales Consultant. Sheppard brings more than two decades of library experience to the team. In this role, Sheppard will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships and expanding sales initiatives across the AGent library automation platform.

A library industry veteran, prior to joining Auto-Graphics Sheppard has held positions with Envisionware, VTLS, Ex Libris, SirsiDynix and OCLC. Throughout her career, Sheppard has worked with libraries to provide long-term software solutions to meet the needs of the modern library. Sheppard earned her Master of Library and Information Science degree from the University of South Carolina.
