Bibliotheca expands Customer Account and Project Management Team

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – April 20, 2010 – Bibliotheca Inc., open RFID solutions partner of choice to 580+ libraries worldwide, announced today that Jared Brumlow, James Carder, and Steven Mikels recently joined the company in support of a growing number of new customers in North America. Adding nearly a century's additional combined sales and service experience to Bibliotheca's current staff of seasoned professionals, the three new staff members will be key to the company's 2010 strategic goals for enhancing customer account and project management. A triple increase in sales from 2008-2009 has contributed to the growth in customer support as well as the relocation to a new, larger facility in Huntsville, Ala.

Jared Brumlow joins Bibliotheca's project management team, with responsibilities for configuring and delivering new customer implementations of the company's RFID solutions. With more than 18 years of work with technology products and services, Brumlow brings eight years of experience from integrated library system vendor SirsiDynix. He has also managed implementations of complex systems for library customers throughout North America. Brumlow earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Athens State University in Athens, Ala.

James Carder will support the company's customer accounts in the southeastern U.S., from his office in the Atlanta area. With 14 years of account management experience to his credit, Carder has worked exclusively with hardware, software and networking products customers. Of particular note over the past six years is Carder's experience at Avery Dennison, NCR Corporation and TAGSYS, where he supported customers making investments in RFID solutions. Carder holds a Bachelor of Science from Jacksonville State University in Jacksonville, Ala.

Steven Mikels, who will work from his office in the Philadelphia area, will support Bibliotheca customer accounts in the northeastern U.S. Mikels brings more than 22 years of serving customers, including 16 years delivering technology and content products in the education and health care industries for Wolters Kluwer – Health and Houghton Mifflin Co. Mikels is a graduate of Northeastern University in Boston, Mass., from where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree.
