Debra Denault joins Relais International

Relais International is pleased to announce that Debra Denault has joined Relais International as the Director of Customer Service. This is a newly created position that reflects Relais Internationalís commitment to their customers. Debra will play a critical role in providing quality service to the increasing number of individual libraries and consortia that select Relais as their resource sharing solution. Debraís duties will include overseeing the implementation of new customers, project management, training, and the support for all Relais customers.

Debra will be a member of the Relais Management Team, along with Clare MacKeigan (COO), Kevin Stewart (CTO) and Dan Denault (Director of Sales & Marketing).

Debra has over 20 years experience in the library automation industry. Debra has worked as a librarian with a focus on Library Systems Management, and she has worked with ILS vendors gaining valuable experience in system design, product management, project management, software testing, training, and customer service.

Debraís most recent position was Senior VP of Operations with LibLime. Prior to that she was Associate Director of Development with VTLS Inc, where she also worked as the Product Manager for the VIRTUA ILS. She has held senior positions with Ex Libris USA and Dynix Canada. Debra has a Master of Library and Information Science degree from the University of Western Ontario (London, Canada).

Relais International Inc is based in Ottawa, Canada and has been selling systems to support interlibrary loan and document delivery services since 1996. Relais International ( assists libraries in implementing intelligent and automated methods to support the delivery of documents. Relais products range from scanning stations through to fully integrated request management, scanning and delivery software suitable for a single library through to a consortium.
