(Carlsbad, CA - February 26, 2009) EOS International, the leader in library automation and knowledge management solutions, is pleased to earn The Daughters of the Republic of Texas Library's (DRT) accolades. DRT Library is enthusiastic over how their EOS solution has exponentially affected their abilities to manage all of their resources.
"We chose EOS because we needed a more sophisticated system to manage our resources," said Leslie Stapleton, Library Director at DRT Library. "Some of the most valuable features of EOS.Web, for our library, are the Federated Search and the Indexer modules. With them, we are able to not only research our MARC records collections quickly and easily, but also perform file-level searches of their finding aids, which describe each individual piece within a collection." Ms. Stapleton went on to express her satisfaction over how much more efficiently their library is as a result of their EOS.Web Enterprise selection.
