Relais International is pleased to announce that the Colorado State University Libraries in Fort Collins, Colorado, have gone live with their implementation of Relais Enterprise. The library staff is using Relais to process lending requests. This is our first customer to use the new scanning and delivery interface for Widetek and Bookeye scanners.
Michael Richins, Interlibrary Loan Lending Supervisor, wrote "I want to note that Relais support has easily been the best support I’ve worked with on any of the products we’ve used for our operations. I very much appreciate all the help you have provided over the past few months to get us up and going."
CSU is hosting the Relais system on their server. Future enhancements will include integrating Relais with the RapidILL system which was developed and is run by CSU Libraries staff.
