Brandon University selects Relais ILL and Relais Access

Press Release: Relais International [May 25, 2006]

May 25, 2006. The John E. Robbins Library of Brandon University in Brandon, Manitoba has selected Relais ILL to automate their ILL and Document Delivery operations.

This system will include Relais Access, web-based pages, to allow patrons to request items from the Library as well as to inquire about the status of their requests. The system also includes the Relais Scanning Module to allow staff to scan and deliver items to their patrons electronically via a seamless interface to the Relais ILL system.

Brandon University will host the system on a Windows-based server running an Oracle database. They are running the Ex Libris Aleph integrated library system, and will use NCIP to share patron information between the Aleph system and the Relais ILL system.
