Omnicom Group acquires Excerpta Medica from Elsevier Omnicom Group's Diversified Agency Services has acquired Amsterdam-based medical communications agency Excerpta Medica from Elsevier, a division of Reed Elsevier Group plc. Excerpta Medica will become a division of DAS's Adelphi, a group of businesses that provide multiperspective healthcare solutions to the pharmaceutical industry.
